New One Ludgate

Completed in 2015, 1 and 2 New Ludgate is a development of two office buildings of 157,917 sq ft and 198,630 sq ft, and 28,524 sq ft of retail. Both buildings have distinctive designs and roof terraces with great views of St Paul’s Cathedral.

Showcasing a modern architectural design by Fletcher Priest Architects and Sauerbruch Hutton, the new building complements its historical surroundings, particularly the Cathedral precinct.

To ensure the highest levels of safety, Skanska approached Pyrostyle to install 12 fire rated doors across Levels 3-5 in One New Ludgate Hill. The doors are E60 Integrity in accordance with BSEN 1634-1:2014 and feature a combination of single and double-leaf doors with side screens.
