This redevelopment of the busy shopping area in the historic town of Guilford, is situated in the quaint cobbled High Street. OWS Fire were engaged by Sealtite Windows to design, fabricate, and install EI60 Fire Resisting fixed lights to the first-floor atrium.

EI60 Fire Resisting Glazed Lights

This redevelopment of White Lion Walk involved the provision of retail units to the ground floor, with office space being created on the first floor. The client and architect wanted plenty of light passing down into the atrium space, but needed to provide both fire integrity and insulation to the first floor glazing. OWS Fire designed a system based on Aluprof MB 78 to achieve this.
