Meet the team

Matt started with OWS in 1996 and is one of the founding directors and owners. After a number of years working as a site quantity surveyor Matt is still involved with the commercial side of construction as well as the general operations within OWS.

Marta has been with OWS for over 15 years and heads up the operations function for each new order until delivery to site. Marta is enthusiastic about the development of our systems and processes which allow us to serve our customers and consistently deliver to meet our customers expectations.

Andy joined OWS in 2019 having worked in both the window and passive fire protection industries for many years. With a passion for building relationships and delivering solutions, this is pretty much a dream role! Andy spearheads the teams responsible for the sales, estimating and marketing functions within the business, but is always happy to take a call and guide any of our customers through the complex world of fire rated glazing! Andy is also developing presentation content and is pivotal in developing the activities both with and for the ASFP.

Our Pre Construction and Design Director, Daniel has been with us since 2018 and oversees all design work undertaken by OWS, Daniel’s attention to detail and creative approach to customer requirements have proven invaluable in our focussed approach to fire rated products.

Matt joined OWS in 2021, leveraging his extensive 12 years of experience within the construction industry. As a vital team member, he currently oversees the finance function within the business, recognising its essential role in driving success. Matt strongly emphasises providing accurate financial information, enabling the company to make sound business decisions. He understands the importance of cash flow while nurturing solid relationships with customers and clients.
